Being ideally based in Fribourg/Switzerland, we are looking for a Global Finance Systems Business Partner (f/m/d).


The main purpose of role is acting as the Global Business Partner for the Industrial Systems plants to provide the appropriate support in the relevant areas of expertise (Finance, tax, reporting, audit…), monitor the business activity and produce key performance indicators for the Industrial Systems organizations and report any deviation.

Main Duties:

  • Interface with the Global Operations and Financial Leadership Teams, ensuring that financial and project risk issues are brought to their attention in a timely manner with resolution and action follow-up.

  • Prepare and support the Annual Operating plan and monthly Forecasts within corporate deadlines

  • Responsibility for providing financial information to the Global Pall Industrial Operations team

  • Operating as an advisor from a financial and project cost perspective on any customer long-term contracts into which the Global commercial teams may enter.

  • Responsible for monthly reporting of manufacturing variances, inventory balances and movements.

  • Maintain the financial bowlers ensuring the results are communicated whilst assisting in the proper corrective actions.

  • Interpret financial operating results and lead the PASS Operations organisation to drive action to ensure cost reduction and profit improvement.

  • Identify and highlight risks and opportunities, submitting the appropriate forecasts to Corporate Finance Operations as required.

  • Manage and develop a team of 3 Costs Analysts.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Qualified or nearly qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent or very experienced

  • Degree level

  • Strong SAP (or similar) experience in a manufacturing organization

  • Several years in a financial position, providing financial analysis and supporting strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Software including Outlook Excel, MS PowerPoint, Hyperion, SAP

  • Previous experience working in a tolling environment an advantage

  • Experience in US GAAP, SOX.

  • Strong background in manufacturing reporting, particularly using SAP in a Toll manufacturing structure.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

  • Fluent in English
