We are currently seeking a Country Sales Manager who will be responsible in building growth plans for Japan Consumables Business
What we’ll get you doing:
Ensure the successful performance and profit generation of the company by overseeing Japan Consumables sales team.
Annual business plan preparation and budget submission.
Collaborate with the respective leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, both globally and regionally, to ensure business growth, exceptional customer care and support the identification of innovation opportunities and unmet market needs for the respective market segments within Japan
Provide regional monthly forecast, Funnel and Country Growth Plans.
Meets frequently with clients and is skilled in forging strong, lasting relationships with key clients at high level.
Develops & implements strategic sales & support programs for customers to accomplish specific company, departmental, brand & product objectives.
Coach and motivate team to exceed expectations through the development of incentive programs, team activities and mentoring
The essential requirements of the role include:
Bachelor degree in Life Science or similar required, MBA is desired.
15 years of work experience and at least 10 years in a management position with P&L responsibility, in life science or related industry.
Successfully managed a sizeable team and demonstrated ability to lead an organization including sales, marketing, customer service, application and business management functions;
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel up to 40%
