As the Head of Sales, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way by overseeing Enfocus' global sales strategy. You will be enthusiastic and proactive about business opportunities and you will focus your energy to coaching a team of channel managers. Your expertise and confidence in guiding a team will help to be successful at managing our indirect sales channel.

Your responsibilities as the Head of Sales at Enfocus will include to:

  • Translate the Enfocus strategy into a commercial plan with realistic but stretched sales targets

  • Define key growth initiatives that will expand our customer base and boost our recurring revenue

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive joint campaigns that generate leads, build the opportunity funnel, and improve our brand value

  • Lead and coach the team to grow their territories through existing and new partnerships, and serve as a team player on the Enfocus Management Team

  • Ensure that the voice of our channel partners and customers is heard within the organization

Your Education and/or Background Experience includes:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, with software sales and recurring revenue models

  • Good understanding and experience of the workings of indirect sales channels, resellers, distributors, and OEM partners

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with technical and business-oriented counterparts

  • Proven results in providing vision and direction to a team, whilst keeping them motivated daily by building trust and showing integrity in your work

  • Experience and exposure to cultural differences while working in an international setting

  • Occasional travel to meet with partners and visit customers
