Danaher Corporation Software Support Engineer in Gent, Belgium
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Software Support Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily support of our customers with Esko’s workflow products, including:
Remote troubleshooting of system and application problems
Installation and configuration of software applications
Co-operate and follow-up with our R&D teams
Assist and advise users with their software workflows
Build and maintain documentation such as frequently asked questions and knowledge base content

Hands on experience and in depth understanding of at least one of Esko Proofing Solutions (Esko Proof Server, Color Pilot), Esko Editors (ArtPro, ArtPro+, PackEdge, I-cut,..), PrePress workflows (Kodak Prinergy/InSite, Agfa Apogee, Fuji XMF …)
Hands on experience with Windows networking, services and installations
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Proactiveness and a self-starter
Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter
Ability to work in a virtual team
