Danaher Corporation Solution Support Engineer in Gent, Belgium
We are looking for Solution Support Engineer who will be providing outstanding technical support to brands customers based globally.
Retain ownership for the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.
Coordinate with internal deployment and developer teams, in addition to being responsible for providing resolution to issues within the parameters of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Serve as an expert on specific modules or applications and deals with complex assignments.
Graduate in computer science or equivalent by experience
Fluent in English, other languages are considered as plus
Being capable to use IT software
Have database knowledge on XML and ERP
Experience with customer support and eager to learn
