WHO WE ARE:
ESKO is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. For each stakeholder in the process, Esko solutions enable them to deliver right-first-time packaging and marketing content.
WITHIN YOUR TEAM
We are a diverse team of 10 Solution Architects located in several countries in EMEA, collaborating together on multiple customer projects, both for CPG as in LifeScience customers.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
You perform workshops and quick-win audits to analyses customer business processes, gather customer requirements and define/design a solution (scope and design workshops).
You implement packaging management systems solutions at customers.
You drive successful implementations by creating relevant documentation (such as scope and design workshop reports, training documentation and Solution Overview Documentation)
You interact with our R&D teams to share ideas that help improve our collaboration tool to be used as artwork management system
You interact with Customer Services to transfer information on implemented solutions
You provide training to customers (admin training, key user training)
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals
Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers
Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a professional/expert level)
Software support (e.g. registering, administering, diagnosing and resolving customer support requests)
Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation)
Experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) along with experience in Packaging is considered a plus
Willingness to travel nationally and regionally approx. 40% of your time normally, with peaks of up to 70% in busy periods

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to: Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain
Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Additional languages is appreciated such as German or French
