We are looking for a new colleague in our team asField service engineer!
What will be your tasks? * you will be accountable for installation/training, service and preventive maintenanace for customers * you will act as a back-up engineer for other regions * you will service equipment which cover both - CDI tables * diagnose and repair faulty equipment on site. You take care of the communication with the internal CS departments and end-customer * you conduct repair visits, installations and trainings * you instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenanace of their hardware equipment and software collateral * you complete intervention reports, acceptance, including sign - off by the customer * you increase customer satisfaction by conducting courtesy visits, organising follow-up, calls * you work in close collaboration with the hardware support team * you facilitate the return flow of spare parts
What are our requirements? * you have secondary school in electrical/mechanics/technical field * experience as field service engineer * excelent English language local language * you love to travel * you are willing to learn
