At this role you will l ead the HR Shared Service Center for Esko globally to support Growth of the business. The implementation of a Shared Service Center is part of the transformation of the HR organization within Esko. The goal is to deliver best in class HR services to associates and people leaders, timely, accurate and consistently by engaging a team of specialists across the globe.

You will:

* provide “Tier 1” support to associates and People Leaders to answer questions related to employment, sickness & health, benefit programs, legal requirements, etc. Ensures consistent application of rules, with an eye for individual circumstances. * Oversee all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Provide consultative support to people leaders and HRM’s. * Lead pay-roll execution for all associates across the globe, ensuring a high quality, timely execution. Oversees timely and accurate commission reporting and payment of variable plans. * Monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of associate files and HRIS database (Workday). * Define and establishe the standard operating procedures, Standard Work and metrics for the SSC, employee inquiry case management, administering the employee transaction life cycle, service level agreements, reporting, and analytics. * Promote the principle of Continuous Improvement to ensure high levels of accuracy, customer service and process optimization, decreasing costs where possible. * Investigate, analyze, design and administer associate benefit programs with the goal of attracting, retaining and motivating associates as well as supporting Esko’s strategic plan. In partnership with Danaher Corporate, support the design, development and implementation of competitive compensation programs. Regularly review existing policies and programs and make recommendations for new plans or changes in existing plans, based on program metrics, company objectives, legislative changes and market trends. * Collaborate with Managers and Business Partners on job classifications, pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation.

The ideal candidate should possess the executive presence and business acumen to partner effectively with Senior Management within Esko. The candidate will interface with associates and People Leaders at all levels across Esko and must be able to advise, partner with, and adeptly manage relationships at all levels.

* Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business management. * At least 10 years of HR experience; Fortune 500 company environment preferred. * At least 3 years of experience in leading a small Shared Service Center function. * Track record of successfully delivering services to HR, people leaders and associates. Hands on experience with HR systems (Workday experience is strongly preferred). * An impeccable focus on customers dealing with associates and people leaders. * Experience complying with government regulations and legal requirements.
