As an L&D Specialist you will be responsible for the HR Esko training offering for Esko associates. You will identify and implement the necessary training standards and methodologies to guarantee the personal growth and development of our Esko associates. In addition, you will also be responsible for internal (HR) Communication. In this role you will report to the Global Talent Leader and be based in our headquarters in Gent.
Main Responsibilities and key activities L&D: * Manage the Esko training catalogue and the L&D Learning platform including; designing an internal HR training calendar, establish the training catalogue, publish new training courses on the Learning platform, manage subscriptions, cancellations and waiting lists, administer accounts (joiners, leavers, usernames), etc. * Coordinate the New Hire Orientation training * Coordinate and manage training requests for Esko staff and resellers for individual role-specific and top-down requests * Continuously coordinate and collaborate with the stakeholders delivering internal trainings in order to increase quality and employee/reseller satisfaction * Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness * Enhance internal training and increase professionalism by introducing the right tools, methodologies and programs such as: o LMS System o Blended learning (e-learning) o Training standards & methodologies o Learning programs for the specific/different job profiles * Support in defining the appropriate training strategies and methodologies in collaboration with the Talent Leader * Maintain the right information channels for the different target audiences via our Learning Platform & Newsletters * Manage training logistics and preparation * Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading trade literature and/or attending L&D network events * Daily L&D Administrative tasks and reporting (incl. Subsidies/ Government Allowance and PC 200, invoicing and negotiating with providers, language training follow up, LnD Support Tickets Internal Communication: * Take care of internal HR Communication using Pardot (eg. Org Announcements, calls to action,...). * Conduct surveys from scratch using Survey Monkey * Write content tutorials for Employer Branding Stories (creative writing)
Qualifications and professional knowledge: * You have a profound knowledge of training and methodologies: o Training content development and management o E-learning and e-learning tools o Training tools and methodologies o Training management * You have strong copy writing skills and a track record in writing compelling communication output * Knowledge of Adobe Captivate or other editing tools is considered a plus * You are financially savvy and can follow-up on budget * You have excellent English language skills Competencies (personal qualifications): * You have excellent communication and influencing skills * You have excellent planning & organization skills (including self-management) * You are proactive and customer oriented with a problem solving attitude and stress resistance * You are keen to take the lead and represent HR for internal trainings
