About the Ecommerce and New Account Lead role:
In this role, you will fulfill customer needs through a large volume of complex electronic requests (averaging 20 - 30 requests a day), while also handling phone requests (averaging 8 - 10 phone calls a day). The Ecommerce and New Account Lead provides unscripted, customized professional service with the expectation that the Specialist has sole ownership over the resolution within a 24-hour window.
Leads electronic CS team focusing on holistic Corporate Services decision making but not in a supervisory capacity
Sustain quality control by recording associate phone calls and reviewing electronic communications
Coaches electronic orders team to maintain high quality and introduce new processes
Exercise leadership skills to deescalate problems when necessary
Analyze trends in metrics to determine areas of improvement. Partner with Customer Support Supervisor to apply sustainable countermeasures
Participate and lead cross-functional projects
Maintain relationships with high-security customers and navigate through the customer portal, Exostar, to handle account and customer requirements
Enhance order processing through customer portals by communicating with the internal sales organization, accounting department, and external customers
Process, confirm, track, and problem solve customer purchase orders

Are you qualified?
Associate's degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-3 years of business and/or customer contact center experience preferred
Spanish or French verbal and written skills a plus
