About the eCommerce Customer Support Supervisor role:

The eCommerce Customer Support Supervisor provides supervision of customer service personnel and assists in maintaining processes.

  • Coach, conduct training and provide feedback for employee performance reviews

  • Observe and supervise the daily activities of the team

  • Coordinate and process electronic orders and requests, non-verbal orders and requests, and coordinate new customer account setup

  • Maintain eCommerce websites and accounts

  • Process orders from the online re-order entry process

  • Assist in establishing and implementing department policy and procedure changes

  • Review department KPI for trends

  • Handle customer needs and issues

  • Provide phone and order support as needed

  • Accountable for identifying process improvements and to collaborate across functions to determine best practices for the business

  • Hire, develop, and conduct annual performance evaluations and discussions with your team

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of customer service experience required

  • Cisco Contact Center experience preferred

  • Prior supervisory experience required

  • A high level of Excel knowledge required

  • Technical, analytical skills and business knowledge

  • Communication and interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership

  • Organizational skills; Self-management
