About the eCommerce Customer Support Supervisor role:
The eCommerce Customer Support Supervisor provides supervision of customer service personnel and assists in maintaining processes.
Coach, conduct training and provide feedback for employee performance reviews
Observe and supervise the daily activities of the team
Coordinate and process electronic orders and requests, non-verbal orders and requests, and coordinate new customer account setup
Maintain eCommerce websites and accounts
Process orders from the online re-order entry process
Assist in establishing and implementing department policy and procedure changes
Review department KPI for trends
Handle customer needs and issues
Provide phone and order support as needed
Accountable for identifying process improvements and to collaborate across functions to determine best practices for the business
Hire, develop, and conduct annual performance evaluations and discussions with your team

Are you qualified?
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of customer service experience required
Cisco Contact Center experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience required
A high level of Excel knowledge required
Technical, analytical skills and business knowledge
Communication and interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership
Organizational skills; Self-management
