_Position Objective_ * The Marketing Manager in the vibrant biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing space manages and executes field activities that grow awareness, recognition and choice of Pall’s technology and solutions in the market. * He/She will actively network and engage with senior level industry influencers and decision makers. * The Marketing Manager will be in charge of deploying successful marketing campaigns and take project ownership on the implementation from ideation to execution. * As a mentor for sales, you will advise on product positioning and value proposition _Key Responsibilities:_ * Independently plan and execute field activities. Nurture and qualify leads through field activity that aligns with the strategic objectives and meets or exceeds EMEA targets. Typically, this activity consists of events and strategic meetings with bioprocessing customers. It is expected that the Field Marketing manager will spend a maximum of 50% time active in the field. * Establish and execute analytics and engage with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and continuously improve & refine the business process to convert customers. * Actively participate in the European tactical planning process to prioritize field activities Europe wide * Manage marketing qualified (MQ) leads independently using the CRM system and following up funnel progression with sales. * Reporting the status of lead generation and lead management activity, defining actions where improvements are needed. * Work closely with transformative marketing and be an active contributor to Marketing campaigns. * Interact and monitor the local marketing, reporting on new trends, opportunities and competitor activity * Network and collaborate with senior level influencers and decision makers in bioprocessing, locally and on European level engaging them in VOC work that informs our future tactics and strategies. * Mentor and enable the sales teams around new technologies, focusing on product positioning and value proposition. Be an efficient coordinator between sales, marketing & application teams. * Be a proactive member of a cross functional team that generates and deploys new global marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital marketing channels. * Act as a project owner or project member on defined EMEA marketing projects

Qualification
_Essential Qualifications/Previous Experience:_ * Master degree or equivalent work experience in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline in Life Sciences, Bioprocessing or Biopharmaceutical R&D * Around 5 years of experience in a similar role (technical sales/marketing) * In depth knowledge and experience in the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and measurement * Proven experience in project management, project leadership and lead management * CRM system expertise is a must and formal education in marketing is a strong asset * Strong knowledge of the Biopharm/Biotech industry and market: being aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate Pall in the market. _Essential Knowledge & Key Skills_ * Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform all decisions. * Great networker and relationship builder, both internally and externally. Has the credibility, experience and confidence to network with senior level industry influencers.
