Key Duties and Responsibilities

Complaints Management:Register all Customer and Internal (plant to plant) complaints so that they are resolved to Customer’s satisfaction and for manufacturing’s continuous improvement.

Providing closeout letters based on the investigations reports, Being the first level to vet through the information, ie. Making sure that the customer’s complaints is valid and there are sufficient information for investigators to work on, Making sure that investigation report is addressing customer’s concern and that reasonable actions are taken to correct or prevent future occurrences.

Facilitate communications between the various departments, manufacturing sites and even customers to address quality issues.

Flag out trends and identical issues on products if any.

Prepare monthly, quarterly reports.

Documentation Management:Support sourcing & PASS team in the documentation requirements for qualification of 3rdparty materials

Support the documentation requirements for maintaining the regulatory requirements such as FDA and other local regulatory

Internal Audits/Plant Audits

Support customer in the audit requirements for quality audit visit with customer in manufacturing plants


Required - Skills / Knowledge / Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering with experience in manufacturing (Medical or Pharmaceutical industry preferred)

Self-motivated, adaptable, results driven, problem-solving skills and excellent inter-personal communication skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001/ 13485 and auditing experience (good to have)
