  • Service Communication

  • Communicate with key service customer and distributor to manage customer experience of service based on NPS/NES

  • Manage service communication & analysis tool based on Monday.com

  • Service Inventory

  • Regular inventory count to keep balanced inventory

  • Parts Packing & Delivery & Usage recording

  • Parts Availability Check

  • Service Support

  • Communication with Plant (CNS Product & Other Support)

  • Communication with SVL (Expedite TNM PO & Technical Consulting)

  • Maintain Standard Work for Service (Proved local support for implementation and maintenance of customer database in Korea.)
