In this exciting position as a Digital Strategist on the Water Quality Platform’s Digital Growth Team (DGT) you will strategically support multiple opcos and high growth markets by partnering with marketing leaders to drive accelerated growth. Accelerate funnel growth and revenue performance utilizing best practices across all digital channels
Work globally and cross-functionally with marketing, product and vertical management, and sales leaders to develop and execute impactful digital strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to synthesize insights and provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend impactful solutions
Utilize a learn-fast, agile framework to foster continual improvement across all channels
Apply DBS (Danaher Business System) principles and best practices to drive growth
Evolve the platform’s digital channels including local, social, mobile web, search, email, etc. as VOC and usage dictates
Maintain a strong understanding of fundamental web site usability best practices, browser compatibility, mobile marketing and best of user interface, etc.
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, computer science or other related fields
5+ years experience at mid-to-large size companies setting and executing digital marketing strategies
Extensive experience with most or all of the following: email marketing/marketing automation, SEM, CMS, CRM, social media, web analytics, UX/UI, eCommerce platforms / Amazon shopping
Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting to drive customer acquisition
Ability to communicate and persuade marketing initiatives and corresponding business implications to executive-level stakeholders
Knowledge of DBS (or a similar Business System), especially Daily Management and Problem Solving
Process-driven evangelist with a bias towards creating standard work
Limited travel may be required along with working in a global time-zone
Spanish speaking a plus
The salary range for this role is 70K - 110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
