Essential Job Functions: 1. To ensure the proper production and quality of Munsell paint products for standard products and technical service work
To provide the technical and project information that needed by internal/external customers, sales, and customer service departments.
To communicate with sales department and the customer on the projects as need arises for further information.
Maintain inventory levels of Supplies (colorants, raw materials, and supplies used in the color matching process)
Responsible of care and maintenance of equipment
Job functions include but are not limited to those listed.
1. High school diploma or GED.
Strong general math aptitude (multiplication, division, metric to imperial conversations).
Pass the Farnsworth Munsell Color Test with a score of 20 or less.
Basic functionality of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word programs).
Ability to work with paint materials (specifically latex).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment meeting all production standards and times.
Work habits must include attention to detail, accuracy, and orderliness.
Communication skills, written and verbal amongst team members (including internal customers), should be excellent.
Ability to lift heavy objects: 25 pounds routinely, up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the day.
Ability to perform the above-mentioned essential job requirements.
Preferred 12. General technical background with 2 years of experience in lab procedures for electronics and materials.
- Familiarity with use of precision instrumentation and measurement (example: weight per gallon instrumentation).
