Danaher Corporation Sales Development Representative - $2K sign-on bonus! in Grand Rapids, Michigan

X-Rite Pantone is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Lead Management) to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI!

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits from day one, guaranteed base salary, uncapped commission (plus guaranteed commission for the first three months!) This role will be a hybrid work from home/office role out of the Grand Rapids, MI office.

As a Lead Management Specialist, you will manage, collect and qualify information from our customers and prospects interested in X-Rite aftermarket service and training solutions.

In your main role at X-Rite Pantone, you will:

  • Achieve the annual lead generation and sales conversion goals established by the company.

  • Complete outbound calling for X-Rite service and training lines from various mediums passionate about finding new X-Rite customers.

  • Provide creative lead generation strategies, advise on call strategies, script customization, and objection-handling techniques.

  • Acquire customer contact information and other important information to populate our CRM SalesForce.com database.

  • Cultivate new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning products and

  • services that meet their needs.

  • Notify sales team member immediately of qualified sales leads.

  • Proactively communicate with the sales team to ensure cohesiveness.

  • Maintain basic knowledge of X-Rite's product lines and service offerings.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter.

  • Degree from a four-year accredited college preferred; will accept equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

  • Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.

  • Validated organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.

  • Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
