What you’ll do
Drive product quality improvement by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
Work closely with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design in our clean room environment
Work in a high regulated and demanding environment
Production line set-up qualification and installation
Own process changes for Production through Deviations and Change Controls management. Ensure regulatory compliance
As process expert, provide cross functional technical and quality support
Who you are
Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree
5 to 10 years experiences in an equivalent position in Pharma, Biopharma or Healthcare
Reactive, Hands on and field oriented
Experience in Technical transfer of activities
Demonstrated ability to work with technician in production and drive continuous improvement
Good analytical skills and problem solving oriented (PSP / root cause analysis)
Agile, ability to manage priorities and drive pFMEA
Knowledge in Maintenance (curative and preventive) is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Equipment qualification (IOPQ)
Strong verbal and written skills in English and French
