What you’ll do
•Responsible for consumable territory strategy planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives
•Work closely with sales manager to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
•Identify new sales opportunities with support from marketing and operational teams
•Develop close relationship with the customer and gain improved understanding of the customer’s needs and purchase process to improve account penetration
•Design and organize seminars with the marketing / technical support teams to promote our products to present potential solution to problems at the customers
•Collect competitor and local market information to further develop sales and marketing strategies for specific key accounts
•Responsible for effectively carrying out sales plan at key accounts
•Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva product and competitive products
•Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
Who you are
· Bachelor's degree, preferred Life Sciences, medicine or pharmacy related majors
•Min 3 years sales experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare related industry
•Good knowledge of Life Sciences consumable products
•Basic knowledge of product marketing and financial analysis
•Self starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
•Good learner, being able to deliver general product training to customer;
•Able to set priorities and balance in multiple brands
•Good time management skills and set pace with achieving OP goals through the year
•Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers at all levels
•Able to communicate effectively in English
•Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
•Able to travel extensively
