Danaher Corporation Product Supervisor/Assistant Product Manager-Local Marketing in Guangzhou, China

Job Responsibilities:

Follow the marketing strategy of the central marketing, combined with the regional market and policy information, work together with regional sales team to develop the regional marketing plan, and cooperate with the regional sales team to achieve the company's business KPI;


According to the regional market and business situation, make overall plans for the distribution of promotion resources in the region. Develop, organize and implement effective marketing promotion activities by working together with regional sales and distributors, follow up and monitor the implementation of promotion activities, analyze input and output, and maximize benefits;


Set up and implement regional KOL development plan, manage, visit and follow up. Establish and improve regional expert support network;


Responsible for regional market research, collecting and analyzing information and strategies of competitive products, proposing corresponding policies and methods; obtaining industry and product information through market research and competitive analysis in the region, understanding market changes, mastering relevant competitive product promotion plans in the region, and providing feedback to sales / central marketing teams in time. Through research and data analysis, formulate and adjust the relevant strategies, and timely update the competitive strategies and information of products;


Report regional market activities regularly, collect and analyze market and hospital data, make suggestions and provide market support for regional sales team through market reports and business data analysis;

Train and evaluate regional sales and distributors systematically, and help them to better understand the company strategy and products.


Work closely with the central marketing department and other departments of the company to make full use of market information and implement regional strategy



  • Full time bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine / pharmacy / medical laboratory / biochemistry, etc


  • 3-5 years sales / marketing experience in medical industry; sales / marketing experience in MNC will be preferred;


  • Familiar with Excel, PPT and other office software, good statistical analysis, report writing and training ability


  • Team work spirit, good interpersonal communication skills, cooperation ability and positive attitude


  • Good command of Chinese and English, CET-4 or above


  • Able to travel frequently.
