FUNCTION:

• Provide technical and application support for responsible products to current and potential customers.

• Give assist to flow products sale and market for their achievement of business plan.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

This position responsible for providing effective pre-sales support, developing application project, and resolving difficult situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

• Provide pre-sales support: call on customers, support the flow DEMO and PK Experiment.

• Support the installation, application and troubleshooting of flow products upon the request of customers.

• Work closely with service team on all customers service-related matters.

• Collect up & update flow market information, including competitors, market trend, consumer expectation etc.

• Develop and maximize relationship with key customers to help product sales.

• Participate in training course for customers satisfaction and product knowledge.

• Comply with the company compliance.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

• External contacts for this position include customers and dealers.

• Internal contacts include all marketing department staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

· Master or above with related major.

· Excellent English skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

· Academic or industrial background on immunology, oncology, single cell, gene sequencing or cell biology.

· At Least two years successful experience in the technical support or market support.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require business traveling in a 20% - 50% frequency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position functions in a general office environment.
