The Opportunity:

Trojan Technologies is seeking an organized and resolution-oriented Customer Service Representative – Industrial Products to join our team in Guelph, Ontario.

What Will I Be Doing?

Working on-site 40 hours per week (with potential to work from home one day per week after your probationary period), you’ll spend your days ensuring that the aftermarket and service needs of our industrial/commercial customers are met in a professional and timely fashion. Using your strong communication skills, you can expect to follow-up with customers, particularly through e-mail, for technical support and product guidance regarding Trojan’s Aquafine brand (https://www.trojantechnologies.com/en/products/industrial) .

More specifically, you can expect to:

  • Provide problem identification, diagnosis/investigation, and resolution regarding a variety of parts/equipment for Trojan’s industrial/commercial product line.

  • Use your expert empathy, listening, and problem-solving skills to assist with customer grievances.

  • Provide general customer support regarding custom Purchase Orders and quotes.

  • Work within an environment that is dedicated to continuous improvement – we love metrics/KPIs and constantly striving to be our best selves!

    What Qualifications Do I Need?

  • Previous experience in a customer service role where you resolved technical/equipment issues for customers.

  • Strong critical thinking and time management skills; you are resilient, and an expert at adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

  • You have a track record for superior organization skills and attention to detail.

    What Will Make Me Stand Out?

  • You have prior experience in a manufacturing environment or have previously worked in an industrial setting.

  • You have completed post-secondary education in Engineering.

  • You are familiar with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

  • You are comfortable and confident working with multiple computer systems at once. We especially want to hear from you if you have experience with: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Infor LN.
