Our business development team partners strongly across our commercial organization and in this role you'll have responsibility to:

  • Generate, nurture and qualify leads to create IDBS sales opportunities for our European market

  • Use marketing activity with calls, email and social media outreach to drive prospects to trade shows, events, and webinars with persistent follow-up post event to nurture and qualify leads

  • Analyse current and future customer needs and promote IDBS' solutions to help advance company services to meet such requirements

  • Prepare and implement targeted business development campaigns

  • Update leads and prospect interaction in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure efficient lead management

We're looking for the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales / marketing role or a graduate with a high aptitude for sales

  • An inquisitive and always be learning mentality!

  • Collaborative, creative, innovative and flexible teammate - coordination with the sales team and marketing group is critical to success for you and our organisation

  • Effective, inclusive and professional communication skills

  • Persuasive, optimistic, and results focused

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Consistent track record of balancing multiple tasks in a timely and efficient way

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is preferred

  • French or German language capabilities would be advantageous
