We are seeking a Demo Inventory Analyst to support Sr. Manager, NA Supply Chain and the Demo Planner by performing Demo Coordination function and duties including but not limited to, entering and maintaining demo loans, processing DMS sell-offs, kit availability inquiries, loan conflict resolution, loan approval, phone support for field staff, DMS stock model and kit BOM maintenance and DMS performance/ Inventory management reporting.

Major Responsibilities:

  • DMS Loan planning, approval and management: daily review approval, scheduling and rescheduling conflicts, release of DMS loan requests, coordinating the return of loans from demo equipment users.

  • DMS Sell off processing: work directly with Customer Service to evaluate incoming Demo purchase orders, id kit articles, disassemble for sale off and to organize and process the kit disassembly.

  • DMS Stock Model and Kit BOM Maintenance: data entry of DMS Stock model, replenishment of inventory to stock model and kit BOM data in the SAP DMS system as directed by the Demo Planner triggering KA/KB orders to kit and unit articles based on these model and BOM changes in the DMS system.

  • Planning, controlling, and prioritizing inbound and outbound demo equipment and replenishment (new stock) Working with service as necessary to ensure effective Turn around Times.

  • DMS Inventory monitoring and reporting: As required run DMS inventory reporting/metrics to make visible the system performance to management and the DMS user community.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • 3 years experience in materials planning or supply chain

  • 3 years SAP experience or similar planning platform

  • MS Excel – Intermediate to advanced skills

  • Excellent customer relations/service skills
