Danaher Corporation Field Support Specialist in Gurugram, Haryana, India

POSITION SUMMARY:

Drive the Audit activities through WI and SOP (WO Primary Audits, CAPAs) as well as support Documentation and maintain tracker to meet overall set objectives. This position will also provide backend support to FSE Team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • WO audits, reporting & liaising on corrections for ANZ

  • WO audits, reporting & liaising on corrections for India

  • Region specific guidance & escalation points for WO corrections APAC overall tracking, alignment and escalations, and rep to Global Process Governance related to SOP

  • Ensure primary audit is conducted on time as per SOP and Work Instructions

  • Adhere to support services – (Good Document Practice) in accordance with SOP

  • Manage internal(primary) WO audit schedule and follow-up with FSE/FAS owners to ensure that they were accurately and effectively submitted on time.

  • Work with FSE/FAS team to ensure issues concerning audit reporting are closed in a timely manner

  • Assist with processing activities related to the Audits (CAPA), maintain tracker

  • Review records and documents for completeness and compliance with Work Instructions (WI)

  • Train team on procedure, when required(refresher)

  • Effectively present information to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management, at weekly call for regional update as a backup.

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required WO audit on time and keep the records data for any future audit(s) as per SOP

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or any related field

  • Experience in backend process support.

  • Good command over document (audit data management)

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.

  • MS office and CRM tool

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Power BI

  • Experience in related field

Knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret audit reports

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work independently

  • Collaborate with managers for timely reports

  • Ability to organize and prioritize critical tasks.

  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and with strong attention to detail.

  • Effectively work with individuals across various organizational levels and departments

  • Actively participate in team/departmental meetings by providing issue/challenge being faced.

  • Partnering closely with peers, building cooperation, co-ordination with team to ensure requirements are fulfilled
