What you’ll do

  • Act as the Operations Lead and key partner to our Global Customer Service organization, ensuring up-time and continuity of processes across the entire Global Customer Service portfolio

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Global Customer Service and drive continuous improvement across the Order-to-Cash and wider Global Customer Service processes

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to share and evolve best practices, rigor and execution of daily operations

  • Champion simplification and continuous improvement, supporting the wider Global Customer Service team on the journey to a best-in-class customer experience

  • Support the design and embedding of operational KPIs across Global Customer Service to monitor and improve our day-to-day operational capabilities

Who you are

  • Demonstrated strong operational and continuous improvement experience with a focus to drive productivity and process up-time

  • Demonstrated leadership experience from working with global and x-functional teams to continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex business processes and user requirements into clear and action focused project plans

  • Experience from working with established process improvement toolkits, e.g LEAN, Six Sigma, FastWorks, Agile

  • Strong communication and Influencing skills to drive stakeholder management/rapport

  • Fosters collaboration to deliver results
