This CRO/CDMO & Biotech Strategic Partnerships Leader will lead a team to drive high-level collaborations, partnerships, and accelerated growth with our strategic global CRO/CDMO customers. In collaboration with the Strategic Account Program leaders, this leader will also have the responsibility of building a program that successfully targets well-funded Biotechnology accounts in select regions. This individual will be expected to have extremely strong sales and business development expertise and demonstrated experience in selling to the C-suite. Global experience and cultural sensitivity combined with outstanding internal and external networking and communication skills are a prerequisite.
Attract and develop a world-class team, with deep understanding of our products, the Life Sciences Industry, and our customers
Develop strategic plans, set direction, and accelerate change needed to impact results
Apply DBS to drive growth & increase customer experience accounts like VOC, funnel management, customer insights, visual management etc.
A strong understanding of the value drivers to CRO/CDMO Leadership
Knowledge of VC, Grants, Sponsorships, & other funding sources to emerging Biotechs
Personally, engages with customers, building strong strategic customer relationships and personal relationships with identified key accounts. Build credibility and trusts by demonstrating deep knowledge of the customers. Focus on building and retaining customer loyalty.
Energy, resilience, and tenacity to work in a complex global matrix
Demonstrated track record of success as a Life Science Sales Representative or Sales Manager
3+ years of commercial leadership roles, directly leading people
10+ years of sales experience at a Life Sciences company, minimum 5 years of experience with Advance Science Degree
Ability to set global strategies with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals
Experience in partnerships & selling to senior level leadership
Ability to travel up to 30-50%
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
