We are currently looking for a Product Specialist, Master Data Management (m/f/x) to join our global Product Management team based in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. In this one of a kind role, you will handle the Material and Master Data for the entire product portfolio and service and interact with multiple functions on site and internationally.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Material Management (Medical Sales / Service)

  • Creation of the Material Master document according to specifications from Product Management, R&D and Service

  • Material Master data maintenance SAP Pro

  • Support / assistance for the business units (BU) and sales organizations (SU) worldwide in SAP Pro

Pricing (TP/ Spare part/ Medical Sales) creation and implementation in SAP

  • Creation, coordination and maintenance of material master pricing data in SAP

Support Product Phase In and Phase Out process

  • Coordinate the Product Phase Out projects by following the established standard process

Support for Product Lifecycle projects and activities

  • Facilitate product lifecycle related projects by preparing the needed documents

  • Support other multi-functional requests

Requirements of the role:


  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other relevant fields. An accomplished vocational training with several years of professional working experience would be considered as equivalent.

Professional Experience

  • Some years of experience as a frequent SAP user in high-tech or related industry

  • Demonstrate good passion and capability to proactively drive things moving forward; Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills


  • Fluent in English language, ability to speak German is a plus

  • Estimated travel requirement of 5% of time
