As Regional IT Service Manager (m/f/d) you will leading an international remote team and report directly to the Manager IT Global Service. This person will be based in Leica Microsystems location in Switzerland, Heerbrugg.
Drive accountability and an attitude of customer service into the sites supported
Support and enforcement of global IT standards
Metrics and reports in support of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all key business and technology systems
Manage a remote team
Implement DBS tools (Continuous Improvement) to ensure that good practices are followed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields or another related field as well as ITIL certifications highly recommended
5 +years’ experience in IT helpdesk
Experience leading a team or some previous exposure leading teams/projects
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus. German nice to have
