- Your Responsibilities:*
- Develop innovative medical software applications as part of international cross-functional team* *
- Develop automated and manual test procedures
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
- Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, SAFe, etc.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, communication with main stakeholders
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- Identify key KPIs, monitor schedule and cost performance
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and success
Bachelors of Engineering or Masters in Software Engineering/Informatics/Mathematics or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in testing and developing Medical Device applications
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM or CSP or CSPO or PSM I)
At least 2 years of experience in SCRUM Master role
Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Fluent in verbal and written English
ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certified tester
Experience in software risk management or experience in software project management
Experience in Regulated Medical Device software development, knowledge of relevant standard
