About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative I, supporting the Water product lines will perform customer service duties in accordance with department and company objectives. You will i nteract with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.

  • Performs various customer service and order processing duties

  • Receive and make calls direct from customers through call center log in.

  • Process sales order changes throughout the production phase.

  • Review’s customer purchase orders for propeller/Mag/Connect products to ensure accuracy- including pricing, payment terms, discounts orders, shipping terms, Term's and conditions, account /payment information, Sales representatives information.

  • Able to recognize the different product lines on a purchase order or email inquiry to prevent order errors.

  • Performs sales order entry into company ERP system, including utilizing the product record program to issue serial numbers

  • Resolve product or service problems (Non-Warranty) by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting the correction of adjustment and following up to ensure resolution

  • Generates and prepares work orders for distribution to production

    Are you qualified?

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • Min 4 years of clerical/admin/Customer Service experience required

  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge in use of personal computers, and common business productivity tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
