The Customer Support Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for support of the Service Organisation and Beckman Coulter Customers.

This position is part of the Diagnostic Service Team located in High Wycombe and will be a hybrid role. You will be a part of the UK Diagnostics Service Organisation and report to the Technical Support Manager. You will be joining a team that is responsible for ensuring that critical diagnostic equipment in hospitals and reference laboratories across the country are serviced and maintained to the highest level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and schedule field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base for emergency.

  • You will also be responsible for escalating and expediting cases involving out of stock parts meeting same day and next day delivery for Field Service Engineers.

  • Utilise cutting edge software to ensure exemplary customer support.

  • Partner with the Field Service teams at all levels to support customer’s needs and drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders.

  • Manage the strategic scheduling of Field Service resources while balancing competing priorities such as Product Training; Mentoring; Inventory Counts and Time Off.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office)

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Customer service or Coordination/dispatching environment.

  • Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired.
