II. Key Responsibilities
Presales Support: Support sales team by providing technical solutions or suggestions to end customers and dealer partners by doing product demo or product demo trial regarding the usage and application of the solution we sell or promote. Aftersales Support: Product training for customers, and follow up for future technical support requirement of customer who already purchase our solution(s). Dealer Technical Management: Serve as the technical contact between X-Rite and the assigned dealer partner(s). Every technical requirement aspect of the dealer partner must be understood and maintained in order to provide appropriate solution. Dealer Technical Support: Work with the application manager to train the sales team and dealer partner. To support large account on their technical requirements related to the solution we sell or promote.
