What you’ll do
Responsible for overall product strategy for Cell Therapy product line to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and customer happiness using solution-based selling approach
Developing connections & relationships with government and regulatory authorities to drive collaborations and clinical partnerships to increase mind share
Develop Sales / commercial kits, pricing strategies and drive marketing programs based on proven market knowledge to achieve & exceed the sales targets using Direct and Indirect channels
Coordinate with regional and global Product Managers, Applications Specialists, and Sales to ensure all customer and business needs are met
Responsible for lead generation and conversion and seek opportunities to convert technical enquiries into new or developed sales possibilities
On request, deliver up-to-date technical training and seminars on assigned products and their related scientific background, for associates and/or customers when required
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree or an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with more than 5 year(s) of working experience in sales or product management is required
An individual with proven track record of business development, commercial exposure and customer engagement is desired
Hands on experience in process development, knowledge in cGMP Manufacturing with exposure in regulatory aspects of Cell Therapy is an added advantage
Results-oriented individual with ability to energize, develop and build rapport within organization and channel partners
Teammate embracing collaboration with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive solutions-based sales approach
Willingness to travel across regions when required
