The Quality Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the batch record review and final product release and certification.
This position is part of the Quality department located in Hoegaarden, Belgium and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Review batch documentation records to ensure goods are being released in compliance with the current specifications and internal procedures in a timely and thorough manner
Initiate feedback activities for Good Documentation Practices and Right First Time actions
Reject non conform goods according to current procedure: Identify, investigate, and prepare reports on quality issues
Responsible for setup, review and release of Quality Control data in LIMS
Support customer audits on batch release topics
Who you are:
Junior Master / Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (bio, biomedical, chemical, pharma,…) or similar through experience
1-3 years of experience in a quality and production environment
Team player with quality mindset and speak-up mentality
As an active problem solver, you go to “Go to Gemba” and have an open dialogue in Dutch & English in a multifunctional team
Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to detail and time management
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Activities are fully on site
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of ISO9001
