The Salesforce Service Analyst II is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining existing service software systems and processes. Adapting existing systems to meet changing corporate strategic and departmental demands. Automating existing service and service adjacent processes utilizing existing or new technologies. Lead software implementation projects supporting service or service adjacent business processes. Provide and maintain reports needed for critical management and day-to-day service operations

This position is part of the Global Service Systems (GSS) Team and will be located 100% remote in Western Europe. It is our mission to ensure we do our part to make water analysis better—faster, simpler, greener, and more informative—we help maintain the service systems needed to secure unsurpassed customer partnerships, support the most knowledgeable experts, and reliable, easy-to-use solutions.

The GSS team is also highly focused on personal development providing a path to grow project management, relevant cloud software architect and developer skills as well as lean tool (Danaher Business Systems) expertise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide case management support for current active service systems

  • Develop, implement, Service software systems and processes

  • Analyze existing Service Programs for automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.

  • Lead service or service adjacent software implementation/enhancement projects.

  • Provide reports needed for critical management and day-to-day Service operations to include product quality reporting, departmental performance reporting and other as deemed necessary by Service management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS or BA degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (may substitute relevant experience) or willingness to pursue coursework.

  • A minimum of three-year successful experiences in a service/customer service system support environment.

  • Basic Salesforce.com administrator certified or equivalent experience

  • Business software and process flow experience

  • Fluent English speaking

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ServiceMax Certified administrator 1 certified or equivalent experience

  • ETL tool experience
