We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Global Digital Content & Integration/Engagement in a key role, with subject matter expertise (digital and market) supported by other team specialists, to help develop the engagement from quality content for multiple Business Units (BU). The role is assigned to work alongside and act as a member of their respective BU Transformative Marketing (TM)/ Demand Generation (DG) teams and deliver recommendations and options on best digital content approaches for attaining high digital performance and ROI. This is achieved through the role providing insights and recommendations to BUs for creation of digital content and incorporation into effective multi-touch UX.
This role can be remotely based with site visits for meetings as required.
Main responsibilities are to include:
Collaborates and consults to drive and develop a strategic digital marketing content program for key markets and Business Units (BUs).
Collaborates and consults to drive, develop and implement best practice strategic & tactical digital content production processes & standard work.
Collaborates and consults to drive and develop strategic digital content development in line with BU strategic plans and central marketing key initiatives
Leads Product/Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Transformative Marketing TM/DG marketing teams across multiple BUs in a global environment to ensure tactical delivery of digital content and digital content initiatives to meet digital targets for funnel fill, lead generation and return on investments.
Takes lead in coordinating overlapping digital marketing content activities, eliminates redundant expenses.
Sets priorities from a digital content perspective for web content updates and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Key contributor to annual digital marketing plan and digital content plans.
Reports Return on Investment (ROI) associated with digital content.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience in B2B marketing, large scale campaigns, marketing technology, and marketing optimization experience.
Experience driving digital content marketing strategy for B2B lead generation & engagement
Experience of responsibility for digital campaign performance in a B2B environment
Proficiency in project management of multiple, concurrent projects for different sponsors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, teamwork tools and digital analytic packages.
Proficiency of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Marketo (or other market automation system) and exposure to website design tools
Strong desire to innovate and test new digital campaign opportunities and strategies
Builds teams and partnerships through collaboration
