Within your role
A key member of the team, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Regional Leader and will be responsible for will also be managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the group companies across EMEA. This is a position with great impact in the business - attracting, engaging and selecting the best in class talent for our organisation.
This position is home-based, either in France, Belgium or the Netherlands
In this role you will:
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization by developing college recruiting programs & participating in employment events, such as career fairs.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs.
Ensure that the Talent Acquisition team provide an outstanding high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through all points of the recruitment cycle.
Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
5 - 7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in a large corporate organization and/or agency experience with 2+ years of recruiting in an engineering domain.
Creative sourcing and networking experience.
Fluent English, French and Dutch speaker.
