The Manager, People Insights will be a key member of Danaher’s new HR Operations team, which is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.
Scope of Role:
The Manager, People Insights is an exciting new role reporting to the Director, People Insights. This role leads a team that sets and executes the data and governance strategies and is the interface between the People Insights Business Partners and technology team, delivering reporting, analyses and business intelligence that enable insights.
Leads a team that delivers reporting, analyses and dashboards that meet the needs of People Insights Business Partners and their respective business leaders/teams
Provides end-to-end program management for analytic and reporting initiatives – identifying requirements through delivery
Leverages analytical methodologies, relevant internal and external (benchmarking) data sources, modelling and programming languages to report on, simulate, explain and predict outcomes and insights
Sets data strategy and develops and maintains data dictionaries
Designs and executes data governance strategy, including ongoing audit and cleansing of data to drive data accuracy and quality
Adheres to and drives compliance, privacy, confidentiality and security standards
Tracks industry trends
In partnership with People Insights Application team, drives stakeholder adoption and capabilities via enablement strategy
Analytical, critical thinking
Analytical techniques leveraging SQL, Python, R, Ai/ML and BI/data visualization tools
Data architecture and analytics using large-scale, complex data sets
Data auditing, cleansing procedures
HR functional expertise
Communications and change management
Process improvement and systems thinking
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills
Multinational, matrixed experience
Experience & Education:
Five years demonstrated data management, governance and reporting experience, preferably focused around people analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Management, Master’s Degree preferred
Travel: 20% post-pandemic
