We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and diligent Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
In this cross-functional role, the successful candidate will be responsible for: * Accurately processing customer orders and enquiries in a timely manner * Delivering world class customer service to end user customers and distributors * Proactively book equipment service & installations * Engaging customers to ensure their needs are met * Liaising with departments across the business * Effectively maintaining customer data and building prospective customer data, utilising Salesforce CRM * Partaking in continuous improvement activities within the department * Adhering to departmental KPIs and SLAs
Work Experience· Experience of working in a customer service & support environment, preferably in an equipment order and service scheduling capacity · Experience of working in an International business · Experience of working within a process driven, manufacturing environment that supplies technical products, solutions or services through a global distributor network is desirable but not essential · Experience of using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com
