About The Role

After a comprehensive 12-week training programme, as a Graduate Field Service Engineer you will play a vital role in providing the best care to our customers by ensuring that they can successfully produce without interruption. Working in collaboration with our Account Managers and our office based technical support team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the range of Videojet Equipment, and training and advising our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Training will be provided so that you are able to:

  • Install our Videojet products on our customers sites and train our customers.

  • Provide ongoing care of our products for our Videojet customers on their sites and support an ever-growing contract customer base.

  • Continuously grow excellent customer relationships.

  • Provide our customers with the best service by promoting and supporting our commercial contract portfolio.

  • Work closely with our Account Managers to give our customers the best solutions to meet their requirements (set up trials, support on projects, carry out site surveys).

  • Diagnose the customers problems before going to site through our cloud connected systems

What we offer

We set our new hires up for success with a comprehensive onboarding plan. A blend of in field and in office training will enable you to independently start serving our customers within 6 months.

This role will give you invaluable first-hand experience with our products and with our customers, giving the opportunity to progress within Service or other parts of the business such as Account or Product Management.
