After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, you will be responsible for technically supporting the sales team during the pre-sales process to improve our team efficiency and productivity. Working directly with internal teams and customers to improve the technical quality of sales quotes within your territory and the handover from our sales team to our customer service team.
Your responsibilities at Videojet will include;
Technically Support Sales projects through customer site surveys and technical validation of the proposals
Coordinate equipment Demo & Trials with the Customer Service team
Principle customer point of contact for co-ordination & communication on all technical elements of the sales opportunities
Manage UKI trial & demo inventory & print sample production
Project handover at point of sale to regional service team for installation planning
Your experience/skills will include
Ideally degree educated in a technical or engineering field or relevant work experience.
Flexible approach and attitude. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Motivated and Driven – to focus and direct their energy and efforts towards achieving success.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experience working effectively with multi-functional teams.
