We currently looking for a Field Service Executive for Hyderabad location. It reports to the Regional Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Carries out electrical and mechanical testing as well as product servicing, repair, and/or installation at the customer's location in compliance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines effective solution. Complex issues are escalated to a higher level of technical assistance or a quality reporting system. Possibly create new agreements for product/customer service and responds to calls for customer support within a specified area.
Perform Preventive Maintenance on schedule, Turn Around Time with in stipulated target, customer (Internal and External) on time. Job scheduling and closure in online platforms
Managing optical microscope installations and maintenance in the industry and life science sectors, for instance: life science research institutes/pharma, etc.
Catering to Industry, Life Science and Medical customers of Telangana/Andhra regions as primary area of responsibility. This include dealing with our Channel partners.
Camera installation and software image analysis demonstration in the fields of industry and life science.
Business Division:
Optical Microscope installations, Maintenance and Trouble shooting experience on below applications:
Industrial Application: Microstructure analyses, Inclusion measurement, Contamination measurement, Phase/Grain analyses, Image analyses.
Life Science application: Live cell Imaging (Environmental Control, Time lapse, Autofocus, Mark and Find, Stitching etc.), Advanced Fluorescence (Multi channel Acquisition, De-convolution, Calcium Imaging, Colocalization).
Surgical Application: Operating Microscopes installation and Maintenance
Qualification:
0 - 3 years of experience can apply for this position.
B.E ( Instrumentation/Biomedical/Electronics/Electronics & telecommunication).
MSC (Electronics/Physics)
Knowledge on Computer based requirements like Excel, MS Word, Online call logging systems.
