We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance.
What we’ll get you doing:
Quote Generation, Order Processing, Complete Sales team paperwork related to change orders, product returns, customer credit requests, new account creation forms,
Ability to follow up with internal and external customers to ensure/confirm on-time delivery of product orders
Be a liaison between the sales team and support departments throughout the organization
The essential requirements of the role include:
B.Sc or B.com or equivalent degree along with 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Ability to communicate over telephone with proper etiquette
