Pall Ilfracombe are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their expanding site.

This role is part time and will be based on working 24 hours per week, you an choose to work either 3 full days (as long as one of the days is a Monday) or 5 days with earlier finishes.

This would someone who thrives on working within a fast paced team, able to self-manage their work load, learn quickly and organise others.

Job Responsibilities

  • To co- ordinate contractor control documentation, conduct contractor inductions, admin the Shire pm system.

  • Publish shift schedules, overtime & holiday data, TI data base, requisition logging, technical library updates, parts return, Non BOM status reporting

  • Shire data trending

  • Co-ordinating contractors Insurance database

  • Managing the EHS V3 database

  • Inputting of data and tasks into Gensuite

  • Project administration and invoicing queries

  • Managing of Contractors RAMS

  • Co-ordinating of the site Key and Door Entry database

  • Managing facilities department Risk Assessments and Training Matrix

  • Input daily requisitions into SAP and coordinate quotes

  • Uploading of utilities data

  • Site safety communications for facilities work

  • Carry out additional duties that may be amended as required

    Key Skills and Previous Experience

  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity within a manufacturing, industrial, construction environment/company.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working

  • Experience in an administrative role.

  • Similar or transferable experience

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be a proactive and reactive worker.

  • Strong IT skills

  • Quick learner

  • Positive, assertive attitude

  • Team player
