生産工場の安定稼働を実現させるエンジニアとして、施設の保全と修理を担当！

◎チームリーダー経験がある方歓迎！将来的にマネージメントに興味がある方歓迎！

◎時間外の不具合発生は緊急呼び出し勤務で対応できる頻度（月1～2回）のため、月～金の日勤が基本

◎不具合に粘り強く対応したり、改善点を見つけて積極的に発信したりなど、自分でやりがいのある仕事を作れる環境

【ポジションの概要】

施設管理エンジニア（Facility Maintenance Engineer）は、生産工場を稼働させるための機械・電気等の施設設備を扱います。自社工場の施設の保全と修理を担当し、不具合があればチームで対応します。また、ベンダーと企業と協力しながら純水設備・排水設備の設計や導入工事も行います。

【ご担当いただく業務】

• HVACシステムおよび関連する空調機器、電気機器、配管システムのメンテナンス

• 施設の点検、製造部門へ影響がでる事項の報告

• 施設の不具合・故障等の緊急事態発生時の対応

• 施設状況に関する概要報告書の作成、実行すべき事項（アクションプラン）の提案

• 各種法令順守の徹底

• トレーニングやセミナー、カイゼンイベントへの参加

• 安全第一で工場の安定稼働に貢献

【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】

• 工場等の施設における設備管理の実務経験（10年以上目安）

• 業務やプロジェクトなどでチームをリードした経験

• パソコンの基本操作（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）

• 高等学校卒業以上

【語学力】

日本語： 流暢レベル以上

英語： 初級レベル以上（メールの読み書きができる程度。簡単なスピーキングに抵抗がない方歓迎）

【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】

• 浄水設備などの水関連設備の経験

• 電気工事士、第三種電気主任技術者

• CAD の基礎的な知識・経験（弊社は Auto CAD を使用していますが、他のソフトも歓迎）
