【ポジションの概要】

ポール筑波工場ではここ数年の需要の拡大に伴い、工場で働く社員数が急増しています。そこで、採用活動や給与の事務手続きなどで、社員の皆さんをサポートしてくださる人事スタッフを増員することにしました。

派遣社員および正社員の採用から受け入れ、給与や社会保険などの事務手続き、各種人事トレーニングの企画・実施、工場内で起こる様々な労務問題のサポートなどを担当します。

社員のひとりひとりがやりがいをもって働ける環境作りにご興味や情熱をお持ちであれば、人事の実務経験がない方も歓迎です。コミュニケーション力を活かしてスキルアップしたい方からのご応募をお待ちしています。

【主な担当業務】

  • 派遣社員や正社員の採用活動のサポート

  • 入社、退職、異動、昇進に伴う事務手続き

  • 社員向け人事トレーニングの企画・実施

  • 社員からの幅広い相談事の窓口業務

  • その他、人事関連業務全般

【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】

  • 事務経験がおありの方(業界・職種不問)

  • 何かしらの人と接する業務の経験がある方(例:顧客対応、インストラクター、カスタマーサポート等)

  • 基本的なPC操作ができる方(Word、Excel等)

  • 簡単な読み書きレベルの英語力があり、今後学ぶ意欲をお持ちの方

  • コミュニケーション力があり周囲との協調を大事にされる方

  • ホスピタリティマインドをおもちの方

  • 会社のポリシーや守秘義務、納期等を遵守できる方

  • 人事関連のご経験がある方尚可

  • 大学卒業以上

Background

We are currently looking for a talented and professional HR Specialist to perform all HR related tasks in Tsukuba Plant thatey are aligned with our business goals, in response to the expansion of capacity and people of the plant for the past several years.

The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our HR guidelines and managing processes as well as pursuing a career in various HR areas.

Position Objective

Recruit new employees, maintain employee records, and solve employee relations issues. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of all HR related process and labor regulations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Provide effective support to manages and resolves employee relations issues

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Department

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge/experience

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline

  • Native level of Japanese

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
