What you’ll do
Lead the Fast Trak team in the APAC region based in Incheon, Songdo in alignment with the global vision and strategic plan
Drive process development projects and customized trainings to accomplish annual revenue targets, especially focusing on driving design in of Cytiva products
Provide strong scientific expertise during customers project proposal discussions, as well as during execution of projects and training courses to ensure best-in-class quality outcomes
Build & maintain strong connection with regional sales and modality leaders and teams, and work together to achieve annual PD project and training sales targets
Attract and retain key talent and creating an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction
Work closely with the Global Solution Manager to support Global Fast Trak projects, team development and team operations as needed, to enable Fast Trak to provide optimal offerings to our customers across the world
Track customer and sales team feedback and look for opportunities to create new offerings aiming to cover gaps in customer needs or enhance existing Fast Trak offerings, market reach, or customer access to meet customer/industry challenges
Collaborate within a multi-functional organization, which includes marketing and commercial teams while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Drive operating mechanisms to ensure behavior consistent with integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements.
Travel occasionally internationally to meet customers and some leadership meetings
Who you are
Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports, Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
Significant years of experience in process development, scale-up, tech transfer and/or manufacturing; strong scientific background
Excellent communicator with English language proficiency, with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed, and customer focused environment
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related Life Sciences field; advanced degree preferred (PhD or Master’s degree in Life Sciences)
