We are currently seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift who will be responsible for equipment, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
All aspects of mechanical machine service and complete operation, which include predictive, preventive, and proactive assessments on 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm)
Root cause analysis, expediently develop and implement solutions.
Conduct equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, systems to enhance production reliability, and specific elements of quality system compliance.
The required qualifications for the job include:
Minimum 3+ years of CNC machinery repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
Strong knowledge of OEM controls, repairs, programming, machining, and troubleshooting of all aspects.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Medical industry or machinery relocation and installation experience
Welding and Fabrication
