Position summary:

Do you have a background in data management solutions and products? We are looking for a Global Product Manager of Data Management to drive one of Hach’s highest strategic priorities by launching and growing data management solutions to help water professionals more efficiently manage their processes and meet regulatory requirements!

Within the Data Management segment of the Claros Water Intelligence System, this role will be responsible for: leading the commercial strategy, collaborating on the future vision, handling aspects of Upstream Marketing, Portfolio Development & Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Commercialize new products by crafting a comprehensive marketing plan including target markets, personas, and sales enablement tools

  • Leads Data Management products including new product roadmap and portfolio pricing

  • Develops forecasts for sales and manages actual sales to meet or exceed the forecast

  • Analyzes product portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, volume, price and quality and converts analysis into key takeaways and actions

  • Identifies and assesses growth opportunities within core and adjacent space

  • Communicates product line direction globally to internal, agent and distributor organizations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred

  • Technical Background (Software, Computer Science, Engineering) and/or knowledge of science and applications related to the water analysis industry useful but not required

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management/marketing; experience with SaaS products a plus

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Successful commercial launch of new products

  • Market segmentation techniques, market research and analysis tools

  • Developing pricing strategies

  • Development of and use of demand creation and promotional tools and strategies

  • Prior experience successfully developing and launching software products a plus

The salary range for this role is 94K - 120K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
